AVCB (Fire Brigade Inspection Order) is the document issued by the Fire Brigade of the Military Police of the State of São Paulo certifying that during the survey, the building had the conditions of fire safety, provided for by the legislation and included in the process , establishing a revalidation period.
RCF-DC Optional Civil Responsibility of the Road Carrier – diversion of cargo, insurance that indemnifies losses in case of theft or disappearance of cargo.
RCTR-C Civil Liability of the Road Transport Carrier – insurance that indemnifies accidents due to collision, overturning, collision and overturning.
ANVISA In order to transport cosmetics (products defined and classified above), it is necessary to issue the AFE that is required from each company that carries out the activities of storage, distribution, packaging, shipping, export, extraction, manufacturing, fractionation, import, repackaging, synthesis, processing and transport of medicines and pharmaceutical preparations for human use, cosmetics, personal hygiene products, perfumes, sanitizing and filling or filling of medical gases.

FEDERAL POLICE Through the Chemical Control and Inspection Division (DCPQ), the Federal Police controls and supervises the manufacture, production, storage, processing, packaging, purchase, sale, commercialization, acquisition, possession, donation, loan, exchange transportation, distribution, import, export, re-export, assignment, reuse, recycling, transfer and use of chemical products that can be used as input in the production of illicit drugs, complying with Law 10.357 / 2001 (and regulations).
IBAMA The Environmental Authorization for the Transport of Dangerous Goods is a document issued by IBAMA and mandatory since June 10, 2012 for the activity of maritime transportation and interstate transportation (land and river) of dangerous products. Conveyors that carry out the activity in only one unit of the Federation (within a state or the Federal District) must follow the licensing or environmental authorization rules for the transportation of dangerous products issued by the respective state environmental agency, according to Art. Complementary Law No. 140/2011.
OPERATIONAL LICENSE The Local Operating License (LF) is issued by the local Sanitary Surveillance (Visa), be it municipal or state, in which the company is headquartered. The issue of the license at the municipal or state level will depend on the level of decentralization of the sanitary surveillance actions of each Brazilian state and municipality.
