1. PGR – Risk management plan
The technological solutions in risk management used by TRANS REID are state-of-the-art tracking equipment, a remote management company indicated by the main insurers, taking into account the PGR of the company’s insurance when our customers’ insurers, telemetry done through the tracker, via satellite and MOBILE, which allows us to locate the fleet at any time and at any point.

There are countless precautions in the day-to-day that are well processed, being fulfilled by the technical team of our operational to ensure an efficient GRIS. This is an essential tool to protect the cargo from risks.

2. Mobile
It is an application, installed on the tablet or on the driver’s cell phone, monitored via satellite.

As soon as our customer’s Danfe is received in our system via EDI, an electronic manifest is automatically issued and this document contains all the information contained in Danfe.

From the tax document number, delivery address, product data and all this information are mirrored in our documents, called Ct-e Knowledge of electronic transport and Electronic manifest.

All of this data is optimized in a reduced way in collection and delivery data, the driver does not need to enter any information at all, it is up to him, just to validate the application requests as they are requested.

When validating the entry at the first delivery destination, the application asks, if it has already arrived at Danfe’s destination and when confirming, the application validates the time of the vehicle’s entry at the client and sends the time when it leaves, this information is also validated on the server together with the photo of the southpaw duly signed and stamped and our customers in real time accompany each delivery or collection made.

3. Result indicators
The reports of the operations carried out and the performance indicators of the transport operations help companies in this process, measuring the results obtained and scheduling future operations with greater chances of success, that is, the KPIS allow the team responsible for the production chain, sales and logistics focus on the activities that really matter, because transport is clearly mapped through the indicators.

4. Cargo insurance
Cargo insurance is contracted by the carrier to cover cargo transportation operations. It guarantees the cargo owner compensation for damages caused by accidents or for loss of cargo due to theft.

The policies most used in road cargo transportation are the RCTR-C Civil liability of the road cargo transporter, for coverage in claims caused by tipping over, collision, fire, explosion, overturn and collision.

The RCF-DC policy Optional civil liability of the road carrier for disappearance of cargo to cover theft or theft, embezzlement and kidnapping or embezzlement.

When the insurance of the RCF-DC policy is contracted by the owner of the cargo, the letter of DDR – Exemption from the right of return is issued. Responsibility for reimbursement in the event of cargo theft rests with the insurance company issuing the policy.

So that the company can guarantee the coverage of the risk of damage during loading and unloading, lifting, cleaning the runway when there is a tipping over, collision or fire.
