Here at TRANS REID transports and logistics we use an application called MOBILE. We deployed this application in mid-2013 and since then we’ve gone through a lot of improvements and today we can consider it an efficient and reliable application.

We consider ourselves an innovative company, we love the information technology area, because it optimizes our time, makes us more competitive and makes the operation of our customers more manageable by themselves. MOBILE is one of the tools we use to bring information about real-time pickups and deliveries to our customers.

It is an application, installed on the tablet or on the mobile phone of the drivers, monitored via satellite. Once the Danfe of our customer is approved in our system via EDI, an electronic manifesto is automatically issued and in this document are all the information contained in the DANFE. Since the tax document number, delivery address, product data and all of this information are mirrored in our documents, called CT-e knowledge of electronic transport and electronic Manifesto. All of these data are optimized in a reduced way in collection and delivery data, the driver does not need to enter absolutely any information, it is up to him, only to validate application requests as they are requested. When validating the entry in the first delivery destination, the application questions, if it has already arrived at the destination of the DANFE and when it confirms, the application validates the time of the vehicle entry on the client and sends to our server the time when it exits, this information is also Validated on the server along with the photo of the duly signed and stamped left-handed and our customers in real time accompany each delivery or collection effected.
