The freight carrier is made in different ways, something that is influenced by the type of negotiation that the Industry or contracting company employs to deliver the products sold to its customers. The most common forms of contraction are freight collection and delivery, subcontracting and re-shipping.

COLLECTION / DELIVERY

More traditional service where the contracting company sells its products and negotiates the date of delivery. The carrier collects and delivers the delivery date, taking into account the day and time of collection, the product, distance traveled, type of vehicle shipped. This operation is quite common and recurrent because it is a quick and direct form of care. The cargo is simply collected from the sender and taken directly to the recipient.

SUBCONTRACTING

In the subcontracting service, the sender company is only responsible for loading the vehicle, since the customer, the consignee assumes responsibility for the collection. For companies that commercialize chemicals, this type of contracting needs attention from various angles, because even the dangerous product shipped to the destination, all responsibility is of the industry that sold. Subcontracting is also defined within the carriers as a service that the carrier sells and outsources the execution through aggregate, road carrier or even another carrier. Therefore, all responsibility for the management and logistics of this delivery is the responsibility of the carrier that sold the service.

REDISPACING

Redispacing is a very common service used by companies that do distribution and need carriers that deliver fractional loads in other cities and states. This operation is usually negotiated between the industry that sells the one that buys. The one that sells is responsible for the delivery to the carrier of the fractionated and this, in turn, delivery in the final destination. In this case the contracting of the redemption carrier can be done by the company that sells or purchases. In the selection of this type of carrier the criterion of branch in the city of destination, delivery period and price is used.
