Transportation of products classified as cosmetics are the products for external use, intended for the protection or beautification of the different parts of the body, such as facial powders, talc, beauty creams, hand cream and the like, facial masks, Beauty lotions, milky, creamy and astringent solutions, hand lotions, makeup bases and cosmetic oils, rouges, rouges, lipsticks, labial pencils, suntan preparations, suntan lotions and Simulatórios, Rímeis, shades, eyeliners, tinctures Capillaries, Hair whitening agents, ready to curl and to straighten hair, hair fasteners, Laquês, greasers and the like, capillary lotions, depilatories and Epilatórios, prepared for nails and others; * * Definition of ANVISA – National Agency for Sanitary surveillance.

In accordance with Law No. 6.437/1977, the company which does not have the authorisation to operate the competent sanitary body shall commit a sanitary offence and be subject to a warning, interdiction, cancellation of authorisation and license and/or fine.

To carry cosmetics (products defined and classified above) it is necessary to issue the AFE that is required of each company that carries out the activities of storage, distribution, packaging, dispatch, export, extraction, manufacturing, Fractionation, importation, production, purification, repackaging, synthesis, processing and transport of medicinal products and pharmaceutical inputs intended for human use, cosmetics, personal hygiene products, perfumes, sanitation and bottling or filling of Medicinal gases.

Distribution activities, cosmetic transport, need to comply with regulated norms through ANVISA. TRANS REID has ANVISA’s license deployed since 2017 for proper transport and required by law. All procedures and requirements of ANVISA – National sanitary Surveillance Agency are audited annually and all investments and fees for issuing documents are carried out in the same period.

It is worth pointing out that in order to establish a contract for the transport of cosmetics and inputs there is no need to notify Anvisa. However, the outsourced company must have AFE and, in the case of the transport of substances subject to special control, the carrier must also have AE.
