We list the main items covered in our manual.

Team Training – We publicize the training grid of the current year and all the topics that will be addressed, thus, the professional organizes to participate in all events. These trainings are about Integration in the company, behavioral, profile of the clients we serve, procedures, cargo handling, fleet maintenance, among many others on security and customer service.

Criteria of the procedures adopted – here we standardize the services so that, regardless of the profile of the clients, all employees can meet the needs of each company with quality.

Reporting of operational occurrence and nonconformity – Instructions on how to report any operational occurrences. Reinforcement of the need to bring clear and objective information to the company.

Safety items – Processes and how to carry out work safely for yourself, for the company’s equipment and vehicles, customers’ cargo, the environment and people.

General guidelines on operating procedures – Use of uniform, identification badge, boot, emergency kit, vehicle checklist and EPIS.

Documentation – Guidance on the main documents used in shipments. From personal documents, vehicles, cargo and transportation. Here, it is worth mentioning the use and fulfillment of the proof of delivery that does not replace the casualties made in the mobile, but rather complements, guaranteeing the validation of each delivery.

Programming – Depending on the profile of each client, we make or receive the programming and the fulfillment of this process by the driver is essential for a quality service. We approach all means used by TRANS REID in the scheduling of loads.

Internal and external cleaning of the vehicle – This is basically the washing schedule of the vehicles and what it is up to each professional to take care of and care for the day by day for the conservation of the cleaning and hygiene of the equipment.

Transport of chemicals – 40% of our manual deals with the processes, procedures in case of shipment of dangerous classified products.

PAE – Emergency plan is very clearly addressed, including a table with organ phone, risk containment company and the main TRANS REID managers responsible for safety in case of accident, as well as information and training of first aid. Remembering that this item in the Driver’s Manual is only reinforcement on how to act, therefore, we have a specific training for this process.
Finally, we address issues such as smoking, alcoholism, STDs and illicit drugs. The whole approach has as main objective the awareness and support in case of need of treatment and help.
