The application receives information from DANFE with all information of origin, destination, volume, description of the material and weight of the cargo. The driver’s job is to provide the discharge command on each delivery and at the end of each operation to take a picture of the southpaw. All of this content feeds our server and the information is made available in real time to the client, who through our website, on the link TRACK LOAD locates the load through the DANFE number, by the date, license plate or Ct-e. Several filters are available to locate the customer, and each company uses the one that best suits them.
The login and password belong to the customer and the customer can make it available to the company’s commercial department, so that they can respond to customer requests in real time. In this application, it is possible to monitor the occurrences of transport through the panel, all information is made available through graphics and with descriptive reports with the occurrence and dealings, if any.
For dedicated freight companies, with negotiated and approved routes, we provide the freight table on the website and quotations can be made online. When approving the quotation, it is already possible to program the vehicle quickly and safely.
For companies that are not interested in accessing the application, TRANS REID provides the hourly dispatch of occurrences during collections and deliveries. The system generates reports with the arrival and departure times of each operation and the status of the transport. This information is sent by the system in an automated way to the e-mail registered by the customer. If the challenge is to monitor deliveries, we provide numerous solutions so that the information reaches the customer as quickly as possible.
At the end of the week, all this material is sent by e-mail in the form of management reports, providing information on the operation in the form of result indicators. With this application it is possible to identify the cost of each delivery, even if the freight is consolidated, the time of loading and unloading in each collection and delivery, km run per day and the description of the occurrences.
