The Clean up is an implanted vehicle inspection aimed at measuring the emission of pollutants from diesel vehicles. This program uses a necessary tool for the development of the transporter’s socio-environmental responsibility. We at TRANS REID are proud to say that in 2017, when the program completed and celebrated its 10 years of existence, here we also celebrate by completing the 10 years of commitment to society, employees, customers and partners for doing Part of this program assiduously.
Our inspections are done rigorously every six months in all vehicles of the fleet and include all the aggregates and third parties that are part of TRANS REID, making available the patio of our headquarters so that the team of the depollute with all their equipment of Last generation can work by measuring and guiding our team on best practices in maintaining socio-environmental responsibility in our operations through this work.
We support and encourage the program for several reasons, the benefits with the reduction of up to 5% in diesel consumption making our freight more competitive, our flag of environmental and social responsibility that is part of our business culture. The awareness of the importance of this responsibility that every employee, partner and client of the TRANS REID acquires through this work is priceless, because they take into their homes the responsibilities of building a better country.
We believe that this practice is still very small within the transport companies in Brazil, much for the lack of awareness, the difficulties of deployment throughout the national territory, lack of infrastructure and we also believe that there should be Clearer rules for supervision, the need to harmonize the values of this practice and commitment. The environmental inspection is still immature in our country, but we believe in the work of Ant and we are proud to do our part of the program and we will support and defend until who knows the whole Brazilian fleet to be part of this movement and environmental responsibility.
