Descritos na\u00a0Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba420\u00a0da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres \u2013 ANTT, necessitam de estar inscrito no Cadastro dos Transportadores de Produtos Perigosos \u2013 CTPP e portar a Licen\u00e7a Especial de Tr\u00e2nsito de Produtos Perigosos \u2013 LETPP, expedida pelo DSV, para transitar no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo, conforme\u00a0Decreto n\u00ba 50.446\/2009.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;\">Todo e qualquer produto considerado um material, subst\u00e2ncia ou artefato que possa acarretar riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade humana e animal, bem como preju\u00edzos materiais e danos ao meio ambiente, s\u00e3o considerados e classificados como produtos perigosos e estes apenas poder\u00e3o circular dentro do munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo com a licen\u00e7a emitida.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;\">Para a emiss\u00e3o da LETPP \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que a transportadora possua o PAE \u2013 Plano de Atendimento a Emerg\u00eancias aprovado pela Secretaria do Verde e do Meio Ambiente (SVMA), devidamente publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Cidade, al\u00e9m de ter todos os documentos do ve\u00edculo e da transportadora impreterivelmente em ordem. A licen\u00e7a \u00e9 emitida por placa do ve\u00edculo e pelo n\u00ba da ONU do produto perigoso e tem validade de um ano, sendo que a sua emiss\u00e3o pode levar de 45 a 60 dias para ser aprovada.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;\">Embarcar produtos perigosos em ve\u00edculos sem a licen\u00e7a geram penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es descritas no\u00a0Decreto 50.446\/2009. H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m as penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es provenientes por n\u00e3o encaminhar \u00e0 Coordenadoria Municipal da Defesa Civil (COMDEC) o relat\u00f3rio anual, contendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es quanto ao transporte de todos os produtos perigosos embarcados no ano anterior, nome e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos, volume anual de produtos e aos esquemas de atendimento de emerg\u00eancia, relacionando os recursos humanos e materiais dispon\u00edveis e o sistema de acionamento.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;\">A TRANS REID junto a SUATRANS emite as licen\u00e7as para todos os Clientes que trabalham com produtos perigosos que circulam no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo.
