LETPP \u2013 licencia especial de tr\u00e1nsito para productos peligrosos que es un registro obligatorio para veh\u00edculos que transportan productos peligrosos dentro de la ciudad de S\u00e3o Paulo. Descritas en la resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 420 de la Agencia Nacional de transportes terrestres \u2013 ANTT, deben inscribirse en el registro de los transportistas de productos peligrosos \u2013 CTPP y llevar la licencia especial de tr\u00e1nsito de productos peligrosos \u2013 LETPP, despedido por la DSV, Transitar en el municipio de Sao Paulo, seg\u00fan el Decreto N\u00ba 50.446\/2009.<\/p>\n

Cualquier producto considerado como material, sustancia o artefacto que pueda entra\u00f1ar riesgos para la salud humana y animal, as\u00ed como da\u00f1os materiales y da\u00f1os al medio ambiente, se considerar\u00e1 y clasificar\u00e1 como productos peligrosos y s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 ser Circulan dentro del municipio de Sao Paulo con la licencia emitida.<\/p>\n

Para la emisi\u00f3n del LETPP es necesario que el transportista tenga el plan de respuesta PAE-emergencia aprobado por la Secretar\u00eda de verde y medio ambiente (SVMA), debidamente publicado en el diario oficial de la ciudad, adem\u00e1s de contar con todos los documentos del veh\u00edculo y el Portador esencial en orden. La licencia se emite por la placa del veh\u00edculo y por el n\u00famero de la o.n. u del producto peligroso y es v\u00e1lida por un a\u00f1o, y su emisi\u00f3n puede tomar de 45 a 60 d\u00edas que se aprobar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Embarcarse en mercanc\u00edas peligrosas en veh\u00edculos sin la licencia genera sanciones descritas en el Decreto 50.446\/2009. Tambi\u00e9n hay sanciones por no remitir al Coordinador Municipal de defensa civil (COMDEC) el informe anual, que contiene informaci\u00f3n sobre el transporte de todos los productos peligrosos enviados en el a\u00f1o anterior, nombre y clasificaci\u00f3n de Productos, vol\u00famenes anuales de productos y programas de atenci\u00f3n de emergencia, que relacionan los recursos humanos y materiales disponibles y el sistema de impulsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
