To carry chemicals a series of licenses are required to ensure compliance with the legislation and to ensure the safety of the team and the environment.<\/h1>\n

Hazardous products are materials, substances or artifacts that may pose a risk to human and animal health, as well as material damage and damage to the environment as defined in resolution No. 420 of 12 February 2004 of ANTT and other standards To amend or update the legislation relevant to the transport of hazardous products, as art. 1st of Decree No. 50.446\/2009.<\/h1>\n

TRANS REID operates on one of the lines of business in the transport of dangerous products. To meet with security and excellence, we invest in processes, certifications and licenses.<\/h2>\n

We have the licenses issued by the Civil Police, Federal and the Ministry of the army, these licenses are issued annually, but the control is done month to month to ensure the safe circulation of chemicals classified and controlled by these organs. For products controlled by the Ministry of the Army, the UN of the product must be registered in advance.<\/h2>\n

For the distribution of hazardous products within the municipality of S\u00e3o Paulo, the city requires the issuance of LETPP-special license of hazardous goods transit. For the issuance of this specific license it is necessary that vehicles and the UN of the product be discharged by the DSV, by the approval of the Emergency response Plan (PAE) at the Green and Environment Secretariat (SVMA).<\/h2>\n

This license may be requested by the company producing or distributing the products classified as hazardous or by the carrier itself.<\/h2>\n

The Emergency care Plan (PAE) serves to ensure the safety of the environment in the event of accidents. We work with a company specialized in the containment of chemicals in the event of leakage, collision, fire among other occurrences that could endanger the health of the people and animals, as well as contamination of the soil and environment.<\/h2>\n

For the transport of dangerous products it is necessary that the driver take the specialization course named MOPP which is a specialized\u00a0course<\/em>\u00a0for the transport of hazardous products and has the purpose of improving, instructing, qualifying and upgrading Drivers. This course is included in the professional’s driver’s license.<\/h2>\n

The LETPP was validated in March 1998 with the edition of the Decree 36.957\/1997 (Repealed by Decree 50.446\/2009) regulating the Law 11.368\/1993 and is valid for 1 (one) year.\u00a0We at TRANS REID provide this license for our customers by passing on only the costs arising from the fees charged by the issuing body.<\/h2>\n

It is a caveat that there is a very efficient inspection by the DSV and the fines are directed to the company responsible for the product, the carrier and the driver. At the beginning 2018 the sum of the fines was around R $22,000.00 (22000 reais).<\/h2>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
