A ind\u00fastria de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1sticos no Brasil \u00e9 o 4\u00ba setor que mais emprega. Segundo dados do IBGE de 2018 referente ao setor, estima-se ao todo mais de 325 mil empregos gerados, principalmente na regi\u00e3o sudeste e sul. Empres\u00e1rios do setor est\u00e3o bastante otimistas com excelentes perspectivas para 2019, apostando nos fatores pol\u00edticos que tendem a ser favor\u00e1veis ao crescimento da economia.<\/span><\/h1>\n

O crescimento do setor impacta diretamente no desenvolvimento e expans\u00e3o da cadeia log\u00edstica. Para que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, armazenagem e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o correspondam e atendam a este crescimento \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio planejamento e adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos e equipe de campo para otimizar os recursos, promover a seguran\u00e7a da carga e cumpri com PGR – “Plano de gerenciamento de risco”.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Os ve\u00edculos mais utilizados para o embarque de pl\u00e1sticos, principalmente enquanto mat\u00e9ria prima, s\u00e3o os ve\u00edculos com carroceria sider ou aberta, que facilita o manuseio, a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da carga, cuidando dos casos de carroceria aberta, com amarra\u00e7\u00e3o e lona para prote\u00e7\u00e3o e integridade dos produtos.\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Outro pr\u00e9-requisito, bastante pertinente, s\u00e3o as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de gerenciamento de risco. Algumas medidas b\u00e1sicas de seguran\u00e7a e integridade do produto s\u00e3o, rastreamento dos ve\u00edculos, da Equipe de campo, respons\u00e1veis pela movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, coleta e entrega dos produtos.\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

O transporte de produtos de pl\u00e1stico acabados, j\u00e1 apresenta um perfil completamente diferente.
