El cuidado de todos los factores que implican la entrega de mercanc\u00edas es esencial para garantizar entregas de calidad, con seguridad y en tiempo h\u00e1bil. Un factor de gran importancia que puede perjudicar el plazo de entrega es la emisi\u00f3n correcta de los documentos de transporte. Lista los principales documentos utilizados para el embarque de las mercanc\u00edas y la definici\u00f3n de cada uno de ellos. Adem\u00e1s del impacto en la circulaci\u00f3n de la mercanc\u00eda cumpliendo con la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, la cobertura del seguro en caso de siniestro, depende de la presentaci\u00f3n de toda documentaci\u00f3n. Estos documentos son obligatorios, independientemente, del modal de embarque utilizado, sea \u00e9l, por carretera, ferroviario, hidroviario, ductoviario y a\u00e9reo.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. NOTA FISCAL ELECTR\u00d3NICA (NF-E)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    La factura es un documento obligatorio y debe ser emitida en la compra y venta de cualquier producto o servicio. El hecho de la NF-y ser emitida por Internet, trae facilidad y agilidad en el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. DOCUMENTO AUXILIAR DE LA NOTA FISCAL ELECTR\u00d3NICA (DANFE)<\/p>\n

    La factura virtual tiene un documento auxiliar, una versi\u00f3n impresa conocida como DANFE. Este documento tiene como funci\u00f3n facilitar el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n existente en la NF-e; sin embargo, no la sustituye, sirviendo s\u00f3lo para el tr\u00e1nsito de la mercanc\u00eda. Es decir, ambos deben ser emitidos o puestos a disposici\u00f3n para los dem\u00e1s participantes. Este documento impreso es importante para confirmar la entrega de la mercanc\u00eda, pues, en \u00e9l se obtiene el zurdo firmado por el receptor.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. CONOCIMIENTO DE TRANSPORTE ELECTR\u00d3NICO (CT-E)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Este documento es el espejo da una factura, pero se refiere a la prestaci\u00f3n de servicio de transporte de carga hecho por cualquier modal. El CT-e necesita ser registrado \/ autorizado, virtualmente, en el sitio de las Secretar\u00edas de Haciendas Estatales (Sefaz) y est\u00e1 sujeto a chequeos en puestos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n. La legislaci\u00f3n vigente determina que sea v\u00e1lido en todos los estados del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. DOCUMENTO AUXILIAR DEL CONOCIMIENTO DE TRANSPORTE ELECTR\u00d3NICO (DACTE)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        El CT-e tambi\u00e9n posee un documento auxiliar que act\u00faa como su representaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica. Este documento acompa\u00f1a la carga en tr\u00e1nsito y contiene datos que permiten la conferencia del CT-e en el sitio web de Sefaz. As\u00ed como en el caso de la nota, el DACTE no sustituye el conocimiento de transporte electr\u00f3nico (XML).<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5. MANIFIESTO ELECTR\u00d3NICO DE DOCUMENTOS FISCALES (MDF-E)<\/span><\/p>\n

        El MDF-y tiene como principal objetivo optimizar las obligaciones de los contribuyentes al mismo tiempo que permite el seguimiento de todas las operaciones comerciales por el fisco.\u00a0<\/span>Por lo tanto, el MDF-y agiliza \/ centraliza el registro de los documentos fiscales, compilando diversas informaciones en un solo lugar.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. DOCUMENTO AUXILIAR DEL MANIFIESTO ELECTR\u00d3NICO DE DOCUMENTOS FISCALES (DAMDFE)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          El MDF-e tambi\u00e9n posee un registro auxiliar, una copia f\u00edsica, que acompa\u00f1a la mercanc\u00eda. De la misma forma, este documento auxiliar tampoco sustituye al documento electr\u00f3nico (XML).<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
