Adem\u00e1s de ser esencial para mantener la integridad del veh\u00edculo y el equipo. La concentraci\u00f3n de peso m\u00e1s alta debe estar en los ejes del equipo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el CTB &#8211; C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e1fico de Brasil, descrito en el art\u00edculo 257, el exceso de peso en el veh\u00edculo tiene una infracci\u00f3n. Estos delitos se emiten en la balanza de carretera. Se requiere pesar el veh\u00edculo. A continuaci\u00f3n, describimos como CTB la responsabilidad del pago de la infracci\u00f3n de acuerdo con la ley.<\/p>\n<p>El remitente es responsable de la infracci\u00f3n relacionada con el transporte del exceso de peso en los ejes o el peso bruto total, cuando al mismo tiempo es el \u00fanico remitente de la carga y el peso indicado en la factura, factura o manifiesto es inferior al verificado.<\/p>\n<p>El transportista es responsable de la infracci\u00f3n relacionada con el transporte de carga por eje con sobrepeso o cuando la carga de m\u00e1s de un cargador excede el peso bruto total.<\/p>\n<p>El transportista y el remitente son responsables solidariamente de la violaci\u00f3n del exceso de peso bruto si el peso indicado en la factura, factura o manifiesto excede el l\u00edmite legal.<\/p>\n<p>Si la identificaci\u00f3n del infractor no es inmediata, el propietario del veh\u00edculo tendr\u00e1 un per\u00edodo de quince d\u00edas, despu\u00e9s de la notificaci\u00f3n de la notificaci\u00f3n, para presentarla, de la manera en que el CONTRAN disponga, despu\u00e9s de lo cual, si no lo hace, ser\u00e1 responsable de infracci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, informamos que los ciudadanos pueden colaborar para mejorar el desempe\u00f1o de ANTT a trav\u00e9s de contribuciones presentadas en persona o por correo electr\u00f3nico en los eventos de participaci\u00f3n y control social celebrados por la Agencia, como audiencias y consultas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>Tu sugerencia es muy importante.
