In-company integration is a process undertaken by organizations to bring new employees into the workplace and also to engage old employees to seek quality in all procedures and lessen the fears and anxieties that are experienced when someone is admitted.
TRANS REID in 2019 completes 30 years of history and our trajectory allows us to tell a lot about transportation, logistics operations, cargo handling and the most diverse types of cargo already handled by us. It’s a lot of story to tell and that story is part of our DNA. When we receive a new employee we want a lot, besides talking about the policies, salary, benefits, code of ethics, mission, vision, values, procedures and everything concerning how the company works we have our culture to publicize. We have the building to present, the space that we reserve and make available so that it can work, the common areas and who your peers are.
The person in charge of each department of TRANS REID already understands the integration of the new collaborators as an essential prerequisite to receive. It is a very private way for the company to tell stories, share our achievements, how it was done, built and how it is happening in the present moment. To insert, to integrate, to allow the new employee to be part of our history is a great challenge, assuming that integration is a very important part of the process that will influence the success or not of this new member in the company. It is very clear that to make a good integration is necessary to invest in the quality of the presentation.
Here at TRANS REID we take into account the need to have some essential requirements:
1) Formal, clear presentation, with a good appearance and self-explanatory
2) Good disposition and enthusiasm of who introduces the company
3) Sufficient time to explain and ask questions
Our goal is to continue improving and innovating our integration, bringing clarifications, information, culture and especially empathy with the new member.
